no no i am supposed to have more spreads and things to help fatten me up, haven't really had any myself yet, just a little spoonful here and there in my yogurt and cereal

Ah, that makes sense. I say to just take the whole jar, a spoon and start eating! ...Probably not the best idea, is it? That would just make you feel sick. Having it in yogurt and cereal was a good plan. ^_^

it's really easy too and if you haven't got the time to make a cake just decorate a plain shop bought one instead even quicker
