Thanks to my friend Nicki for the original recipeanother shot of my shortbread cookies sprinkled with sugar
The best recipe i have found for shortbread cookies so far
i also made some dunked in melted chocolate but the photos were not great

thank you, i was going to take them off before photographing them as i was a bit embarrased by my over used pan being so battered up, i'm glad i didn't though as it worked out being one of my best baking photos so far
