Man... I have seen your art grown since then, and I say this is awesome! I am so glad you are growing so much with this.
One of the details you liked is the way you drew Riolu proportionally correct, sure there are some errors in there, but that doesn't matter. The legs, arms, and tail look real nice and the way it's supposed to be. Other than that, I think this is a great improvement on your old art, sure it's another Riolu, but it's a WAY better one than something like 2018, so great job!
Again, I am real glad you managed to go so far. I hope to see more art in the future!
