Mhhh, Yes.... Drew this originally as a ref for chibi!Austria and chibi!Switz's clothes, but then I went detail... And yes, shading is nonsense. :3I WOULD say it's about the separation between Austria and Switzerland, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut Austria looks WAY too happy. Soooo, Austria's happy that Switzerland saved him for the 6000000000th time, But something is preventing them from holding hands... idk, I told you, I suck at writing...
