It always amazes me how they talked the female actress of that period to wear some of the costumes they wore (don't get me wrong as a young man I loved it )

I remember reading a book called The Making of Star Trek (www.amazon.com/Making-Star-Tre… ), in which one of the show’s crew (probably the person who designed some of those costumes!) spoke of the “titillation factor” in regards to the women’s costumes: “Will it fall off or won’t it?”
