Miss Goldenweek is a young girl who managed to become one of the top agents in Baroque Works as Mr. 3's partner. She is extremely lazy and laid back, enjoying a picnic in the midst of battle and munching on rice crackers. Her lack of combat skills is compensated by her ability as an artist to hypnotize her opponents with color, painting a special symbol on or near the victim that modifies their behavior - for example, yellow makes them fall into a fit of uncontrollable laughter, effectively incapacitating them, or black causing the person to want to betray their allies and do the opposite of what they say. Luffy was especially vulnerable to this as he is incredibly susceptible to hypnotism of any kind, and she was a surprisingly formidable opponent for him. Despite her unique ability, she is not a devil fruit user, but a exceptionally skilled painter and hypnotist.
