Oh yes. I born during the PS1/Dreamcast era, but I started on a Sega Mega Drive *my older sister's system* after playing Sonic 1,2 and Knuckles *I missed Sonic 3 for a few years *I got Sonic R on PC *along with 3D Blast* and I love them, well I prefer Sonic R as it was true 3D and you had more characters to play as.
these days I play both games on the Saturn. ^^

Well that's explains a lot...
my first console was a PS2...
the very first game i did remember to play was nothing close to the Video Game heroes we all know ( Mario,Sonic..)
It was spiderman.. but i did remember playing ultimate flash sonic around the time i got on internet ( 2008,2007,2010 and 2009 ) I used to look everywhere for playing the ORIGINAL sonic/mario games!! AND THEN, I found out about emulators..when i got Romstation  I went 
"YAAAAHEYAEHAUHEDZUHDZNKSHDFZEKNRFSNFJKQNDLM" 
And i played... that's how i got into Gaming!

also yeah,i do like Sonic R cause there are a lot of characters..just like Sonic Adventure! that's one of the reasons for me to like it.

Hey two questions man, was the PS2 Spiderman game, the movie based one? I remember asking my dad to get me Spider Man 2 enter electro on the PS1, but he got me the one based on the new movie and for the PS2, at first I thought it would better as it's on the new PS2...but had trouble with it, couldn't even get to the full suit bit *still when he hasn't got the suit like later on in the movie * the PS1 games? just as awesome as the comics didn't get the 2nd game till much later when I got both games in one.

other question was that flash Sonic game the one that looks like Sonic Advance 2? loved playing that at School!! XD

I remember when I first got into roms and emulators, I went to Rom-World first when I got into 8-Bit sega, Master System games, love the day I found out about N64 games as I never got to own those systems till much later on 

Me too!! If you play as Knuckles and Tails the game is a lot easily to control, I like how you get to play as the Metal/robot versions of Sonic and friends, you don't get that much these days. when I got to play Sonic Adventure....the DX Port at a shop I never wanted to leave!! XD it was so cool, seeing all those characters to pick from too, again this is something you don't see these days, even in 06 it was just the Hedgehogs mainly you couldn't just play the whole game as Amy or as a Eggman Robot or even a big cat!! XD I miss these options.

1. I don't really remember,i think it was spiderman 3? then i had one crappy game with Venom in it and i was really bored of it since i couldnt find a way to go further in the game...

2. Yeah! Ultimate Flash Sonic is that Sonic Advance 2 like game..i LOVED playing it!that's even how everytime when i got to play Sonic advance 2 i always heard the second stage's music in my head..i just love the sonic advance 2 music!

3. The first Rom i actually played and enjoyed was SMB3 cause at the time i was a mario fan,i'm still one but i play more Sonic games now i got to SMB3 cause i always used to play mario & sonic flash games on the computer before so the second ROM was SMW and some years later Sonic 1

4. Yeah..those characters were really nice,once in InSonicNia,Tails portal got out Monic,Mails and Muckles ( basically, Metal Sonic, Metal Tails, Metal Knuckles ) and some from SatAm and the robotnik from AoSth..i really liked those except big cause fishing it's really not what i like.. also playing as Amy was the things we though it would never happened,and it happens twice! 

Last,the last OFFICIAL game on rom i played was Sonic Rush i think.. also i was really amazed when my parents bought me a Megadrive ( Genesis for some other countries )

1> I remember Spiderman 3, had that on the PS2 thought that one was a lot better, specially with the open-world. I think the crappy one you may be referring to is that one that had the Comic book style graphics which looked really cool for the time, but from I heard wasn't that much fun to play.

2> I thought so, man I loved that game!! XD specially at the time for two reasons, one I didn't have Sonic Advance 2, only the first 1...as it was the reason why I wanted a GBA to begin with!! XD Sonic made me buy a Nintendo system, still say that one was like the true Sonic 4, played like Sonic 3&K just had Amy playable and the new modern look and moves. anyway, the other reason is that it was the best Sonic flash game I could find, always thought it was by Sega themselves oddly enough.  XD

3.> SMB3, my favourite Mario Bros game. ^^ used love playing the heck out of it on the GBA, oddly my was a pirate copy from a market place so it was cheap. but it was also the US rom version, so it had that E-reader stuff so you could add more levels and such *like DLC in modern gaming* at the time I had idea what the E-World mode was for. I remember I got the SMW rom, that's when I got into Snes hacking, and made Sonic 4 with it!! XDwww.deviantart.com/art/Sonic-F… sadly I never finished it fully.

4.> That sounds cool I just like the idea of options, once you had enough of playing as Sonic, why not play as Kncukles or a robot that Eggman made to see what his side was like while Sonic was doing his thing, I don't like Big's gameplay infact it's one of the worst, but at the time when I was a kid just looking at the options of characters I thought this looked cool. Amy could of been better, I say her playable debut in Sonic Advance was a lot better.

5.> Sonic Rush, I remember seeing and wanting that game for my DS, when it came out, another huge DS was out too...Mario Kart DS, a fully 3D Mario Kart game with multiplayer, I had to make a choice of which one I should get now, *I was low on pocket money back then* get the other later on in the year or so, I went with Sonic...and I never regented that moment. :3  while people were bitching about 06, I was completing and having fun with Sonic Rush one of the best modern Sonic game ever made. I still remember when my older sister gave me her Mega Drive back in the mid-90's when I just got a PS1 *new at the time* it just didn't have the likes of Sonic,Streets of Rage and Road Rash, oh and Toy Story. *a kid's game that's graphically impressive and is a real challenge. XD *
It's ace you got one man. I got like 3 of them now. *one's a Atgame's small new model though. I have too many games!! XD *

1. Yeah..i just wanted to throw it out the window...

3. I just loved the E-Reader when i found out there was Cape Mario so i started looking all around on Google...to know how to play with the E-Reader on emulator,i did have a GBA but i hated the lighting on it... I was so amazed with the E-Reader...

4.Yeah it was cool,sad thing Mystical Forest Zone shut down..I did like a bit Big's gameplay but then i wonder why they dropped EggRobo,he could have been a good character.. Amy meh i know she's not supposed to be as fast as Sonic,Tails and Knuckles but she was kinda slow..

5.Lol,that time where everyone was bitching about 06...i was there but i only was on Internet,actually i only had a PS2 and i was bored of it..i didn't have much games than Spiderman.. I loved Sonic Rush cause of the boost..The Boost is probably my favorite ability from Modern Sonic..

3. I would of if I had one, it seems like such cool add-on to the GBA. ^^ still need to figure out how it works on a Emulator , would love to use Cape Mario in SMB3 and the other awesome stuff. ah man that's why they made the GBA SP!! they added a backlight so it made it easy to play whenever. ^^ it was great specially when I used to go camping.

4. Wait...Mystical Forest Zone Shut down??!?!ah man... haven't been there in a while, Big was funny at least. XD Well you did have E-gamma 101 in the game as a sort of replacement. *only leaves links to Saturn Version of SA1 * Amy is slow but her gameplay is a bit more bearable, in Advence you had a hop boost to help her start running quick. XD

5. I missed it, only had Internet at school for the most part, and used to think Sonic 06 looked awesome * still remember the first beta image of it on Sonic's Channel website like in 2005, always thought you could play the whole story with two hedgehogs of your choice *think Sonic Advence 3 or Knuckles Chotix but in 3D and Modern * last Spiderman game I loved was Spider Man 3, love the Black Spiderman suit mode. There's a reason why Sonic Team kept the Boost Feature into the modern Sonic games as it was GOOD!! not to mention Sonic Fast!! then Lost world comes along and removes it. :/ *unless you got Super Sonic it's sort of back..Wii U version only*
