Just like STC Super, but without the yellow fur and swirly eyes.

Yeah he is, I used the STC Super form, and the Dark Sonic as a basics for this.
After being beaten down for too long, fineally cracking, relesing the evil energy from the Emeralds to bring him back into an demon form to finish off Robotnik.
