A closer-up picture of a paperweight in front of a screensaver. The streaky-looking stuff is actually imperfections in the glass. You can see the screensaver in all of the bubbles; I realized after taking the shot that I unintentionally created a photo of a popular soda's logo. I have no affiliation with them, and all that jazz, please don't sue me, etc.

In my digital imaging class, AKA photography 1, our final project was to create a photo essay. A photo essay is a series of photos with the same theme or subject. Ours had to be 8-12 pictures. It sounded easy enough, but it was really hard for me to pick a subject. I went with what was easily available to me: my mom's little collection of round, colored-glass paperweights.
