I believe this is from the Sonic Archie Comic series but I can't seem to find the actual comic book, since I already checked out 213 of Sonic the Hedgehog. So I think this maybe fanart, but if it isn't and you find the actual comic; please let me know in the comments below.

Personally I don't blame Tails for being furious with Fiona; especially when it came to her breaking his heart, betraying the Freedom Fighters, throwing salt on Tails' wounds by slapping him the face in front of Sonic and Amy while he crying and begging her not to leave with Scourage, having an affair behind Tails' older brother's (Sonic's) back, trying to rule over Moebius beside her tyrant king Scourage, and trying to kill the Freedom Fighters before.
