In the past full bodied women were considered the most beautiful, partially because only the upper class and royalty had more food to eat. Just look at the history of art. It's all there. Not only that, large penises were considered an embarrassment! Look at all the statues they made back then. Nothin but teeny weenies. Someone said it comes down toΒ preference and what others find attractive and that is true. But just because I don't find someone attractive that doesn't mean I have the right to be rude, mean or whatever. The fact of the matter is there are people in this world who can eat whatever they want and not gain much. Others eat like a normal person and they gain weight.
I myself used to have to starve myself when I was younger.... yo yo diets. Up and down. Now I am older and I really don't care what the rest of the world thinks of me. In part because the meds I am on wont let me lose even when I diet... so why suffer I say. What makes things worse is that people who are overweight tend to discriminate against each other. I tell people I can always lose a few pounds... but stupid is forever!

I've allways been disciminated by my body size, privating me of eating what my friends eat, hiding myself to the world who doesn't like me without knowing me...

I'm sure the slogan seemed clever at the time, and I do totally agree with the sentiment, but antagonizing opponents doesn't usually win them over.
I might suggest something along the lines of, "Just because I'm big boned doesn't mean that you have to be small-minded.".

I agree with you 100% BUT...I was shown no "courtesy" when they choose to insult me because of my weight, SO the individuals it was intended for would categorize as small minded.
