Description
The Volkswagen Microbus has proved to be one of the most adaptable and versatile vehicles ever made.Introduced in the 50s it appeared in various forms for three decades.
As well as the standard bus/camper, there were single-cab vans, crew cabs, police vehicles and ambulances.
This example is a Volkswagen 23 window Deluxe Microbus 1962 in Blue White over Turquoise Green.

My Father had a 64 Microbus,when I was a baby.I was born in 1968.And when I was a toodler.When I went with my Dad in The Bus.He would put me on his lap,while he was driving.And I loved it.It was like I was driving.Of course that was in the good old days,before Child Safety Laws.And Protecting children form everything ruined it kids altoghether.I know I'm rambling,but I think there is something about Nanny Government being OVERPROTECTIVE.

I hear you - My grandad had an Austin A40 en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Austin_A… and whenever we were visiting him on holiday, we would cram that car - including me and my siblings behind the rear seats in the luggage section.
But, we have to accept that we did a LOT of stupid stuff back then, and it's sort of not OK any more...
