That's not funny. That's very sad, actually.All right, this came to my mind after I talked with about the new starter PokΓ©mon and she complained about how Snivy devolves since it loses it's arms and legs. I like Serperior and I chose it as my starter, but I have to agree with Acc3a on this. Evolution is supposed to be an improvement and yet they made one where evolution actually removes something useful. That's....weird. And Serperior isn't even the only victim of mother nature's dark humour. Poor Togekiss will never be able to pick its nose again. Luckily it doesn't even have a nose.
Anyway, hope you like it.
I do not own Snivy, Togepi or their sadly disfigured evolved forms.

its not devolution, if you look at their type Snivy was a snake, If you look into natural evolution, snakes ancient ancestors originally had arms and legs, they originally appeared lizard like. Over many MANY generations they eventually lost their arms and legs because they learned other useful ways of survival where limbs weren't necessary. If you look at a current snakes anatomy they actually have a small structure, a "claw" as you will under their scales, its just the remains of their limbs they once had. It's not devolution
