From Disney's Frozen.Not sure how I feel about this movie yet. I was looking forward to it; but the trailer was underwhelming.. .Model seems recycled form Tangled, and the tone in the trailer is more Dreamworks than Disney. Hopefully, I'll be pleasantly surprised.
-edit- now that i have seen it, the movie was nothing like the silly trailer! it was amazing and very disney.

I was on a reddit Anna posting rampage today when I looked upon your picture of sophisticated grace. First off, I would like to point out that your style is amazing, it captures Anna's beauty perfectly, both internally and externally. I also love your art style, and how it is realistic, yet still feels like a painting. Also, I love the small details, and how you make every single thread on the winter dress come to life. And it is just adorable. All in all you did everything beautifully and got 6 stars on everything. Except for Origionality. This was the 100th winter dress Anna that I have seen today on the deviantarts and reddits. But between all of them, this has to be the best. If only you sold this as a print

I would first off like to say that I have seen the movie FROZEN, actually I saw it for the second time today with one of my closest friends from childhood and it is honestly one of those movies that I cannot wait to get once its on DVD for I'd watch it again and again, I love Elsa and Anna equally and Olaf is hilarious.
Your art is very inspiring for me and it gives me more encouragement to try to improve my own artwork. Anna was portrayed very nicely the only thing is that thing white strip she was "born" with is not visible, was this your intention? All in all it was very well done. The colours are very close to being dead on and the shading is surperb considering the medium you have used. Great use of space and blending. In my opinion this image suits Anna very nicely.

Actually, I think they re-used basic animation forms for Frozen from Tangled.

Pretty. At first the Japanese trailer was making me look forward to the movie, but the English trailer was a let down.

Yeah, The Japanese trailer has the epic background music, and non of Kristen Bell's kind of bad voice acting. I like Kristen Bell, it's just that her modern sassy voice does not mesh with a period piece fairy tale. That's what makes me say it has a Dreamworks feel to it. Sort of like Shrek, where everyone's attitude is out of place with the setting. I guess Tangled was like that too.Β I liked Tangled quite a bit, but it also did not feel very Disney-like to me.
