Description Alek and Deryn from Leviathan for Dalek Week: Despair
This is more of an AU than a cannon piece. Since I think the thing that would cause them the most despair would be if they both fought in WWI in our universe. Alek as a lord in the Austro-Hungarian army, and Deryn as a soilder just trying not to die from mustard gas in the trenches.

Wow, it's amazing! It's like that peach-colored light belongs to an alarming dawn... I love how you portrayed Alek, it reminds me of a sad scene from a ballet.
