Major kudos for pulling this off and it being uber cute! A few questions:
-What kind of fleece do you use?
-Did you attach the yellow bulbs before or after you stuffed them?
-What kind of wire did you use and how did you make it stay up?
Your craftsmanship continues to impress, Clearkid

xD
-Honestly I go for the color before the type. I think everything I have is either alpine fleece or anti-pill.
-I stuffed them first then attached them. There's no way I could have pushed the stuffing through the little tubes. O__O
-20gauge steel wire, made two long bunny ears and twisted them together and inserted them into the antennae. The trick to them staying up though is some how bracing themselves against your head, and to do that you take the two leftover longer ends and twist them into a loop.

Yes you made the Chinchou!
The animation made me laugh so much. I scrolled down to read comments, then scrolled back up and started laughing all over again ^^ My family must think I'm weird...
Very cute hat. I love how the antennae are so very bouncy.

I've been wondering, how do you work the wire in. And what kind of wire? Also, that is absurdly cool.

Usually for ears I simply take on large piece of wire, put the middle between the ears, feed one end between the stitches in the seam up into the ear and then back down through the outer edge. Push the loop up to fill the ear and bend it to fit, tie and trim the ends together to form a support loop in the back of the hat, stitch in in place and wrap up the ends with tape. For this one I twisted the wire together with a little loop at each end so I had to open up the seam at the top, insert them and sew it back up. I use 20 gauge steel wire which holds everything about right.
