Did you use florist wire or something for the wings? 
This sure is an amazing hat! You kinda inspired me to try and make one myself but then again I'm still working on that plushi and have one more I want to do...ah XD

You've totally outdid yourself. In my opinion this one is the best, I think you did a very, very good job. I enjoyed looking through your entire gallery but this... instant fav... just so, so beautifully done. Looks at his wings! Excellent. His shoulder/guard thing...perfect. Mask... too cool. I was wondering, do you use stretchable thread or just regular and what kind of wire do you suggest using for wire frames?

I use 20 gauge steel wire, but I'd love to find something that can withstand much more stress from repeated bending.
