quick stuff to test my arm. I still feel pain. Not good for me, I cant draw too long.Please someone or something, give me back my arm .

All repetitive movement causes stress on the joints. It can take weeks for it to fully heal. You've got to rest before any damage becomes permanent man!
You should massage your wrist, and eat some protein, calcium and vitamin C to help with the tissue repair and boost healing. 
Be careful! Us artists have got to be healthy.

It's magnificent.
I adore Hellboy artwork. It's so nice of you to provide the B&W original. It's much beter to see the body details... I've been traying to draw a decent HB for years, with no success.
