Compatible for both x64 & x86 system
- for disable ribbons and enable details panel use OldNewExplorer
- For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.
- You Need Install Ribbon Disabler for Windows 8 and 8.1 Download.
- Copy all file in "Theme" folder to "%windir%/Resources/Themes".
- Open personalize panel and apply theme.

Using "Without borders" theme still getting the borders already installaed OldNew Explorer and Ribbon Disabler as you suggested:

I have a problem with improving general accessibility:
The application program icons (in the task_bar) which are running (other than currently active) have a very similar highlight color matching to that of the Task_Bar color which makes switching between running applications a bit difficult when multiple applications are simultaneously running. This is problematic when Task Bar location is TOP or BOTTOM edge. When its location is left or right edge, it has good contrast highlight color.
So how can I change the highlight color of running applications to look different from task_bar color for easy switching.
I'm using green theme.
