The toning is coming along really nicely! You should definitely keep at it!
The font's a bit strange though. It's a bit uneven at certain places and unevenly spaced, which makes it really distracting to read. Perhaps try a font like Anime Ace BB? www.dafont.com/anim-ace.font?f…
Manga Temple would also be a good substitute if you don't like that one. www.dafont.com/manga-temple.fo…
But just remember, the font should be uniform in height and evenly spaced. It makes reading much more smoothly, and people can focus more on your beautiful pictures.

I just found some free tone patterns and used them in my PaintTool Sai program.
