actually, i personally think it's as good as any comic book or manga i've ever read.
she's coloured the odd page here or there, though, but how much time do you want her to take between uploads?
plus it's better from a writer's point of view to create a story as quickly as you can, and then go back and add improvements once you've finished.

There's no denying the the artwork is good, just a little refinery is all.
As a writer myself, I can personally say that to take longer with uploading is better than putting out a product that isn't as polished as it could have been. If the quality will be better, then people will understand taking longer.
