How do you doing the clothing. I keep always drawing them simple. How do you know when you put too much or too little vs is it flowing or folding the right way.

hmmm....
Well it's hard to say exactly, all I can say is that when I draw the clothes I already have the characters body drawn out. Then I lightly draw the clothes over their body. (always keep it light so that you can erase easier.)
As for the flowing, just try to imagine a breeze in a certain direction and then draw the clothing accordingly.
