What I see in this work, an innocent trusting soul (in the jar) seems to be in some kind of pain, and this soul is controlled by the larger figure, who i see as someone who the soul trusts, but the larger figure's true intentions are to control the soul, having it twisted around his little finger, he strars that soul, i can imagine him having a twisted grin on his face.
that's what i get from this piece, defentately a fav
