This is very nicely done!  Love her pose and struggling, great outfit, and nice legs.

The sound effects are great and beautifully synchronized with the her struggles.  Love the use of the "stretching" sound as she pulls against the tar's thick suction and tenacity, and the "sucking" and "squishing" sound as she's sucked back in is great.  I also like how you made the tone of the sound effects deeper as she sank deeper and became more stuck...  that deeper sound made the tar's grip and suction sound more powerful, thus enhancing the overall drama of the piece and making her situation seem and sound that much more hopeless.

I also like the slow sinking from her getting her feet stuck to her being sunk hip-deep to her being stuck breast-deep and finally sucked under.
