the only lightning are the usual lights of this room no expensive equipment!

That's whats so great with photography... you don't need to have expensive equipment if you use your head and eyes in the right way!^^
I like using the natural lighting more than the "fake" studio lighting

yahh... It is but you can always open the curtains or if they're open try opening the window, and you can get an extra lamp^^ or even put a white sheath or some white paper^^

of course sometimes i use halogen spotlights and a sheet of paper for lightning
