Description I normally don't like using flash but I really like this picture. that glowing effect in his mono-eye came with the flash.

Sweet. How'd you do the weathering? I've been curious about doing weathering to one of my Zakus

i used 'gundam weathering markers' for the paint. then i just used a brush to do some dry-brushing. in other words, get a brush that isn't too soft(i think a lot of people also used q-tips), and then get a tiny amount of paint on the brush and go nuts. the gundam weathering paint is water based so it comes off easily if you mess up. for the most part it is a learn as you go process. also, i forgot to do this but you can also sand the surface before you paint it to make it look more rugged.
