Optional NPC for *BurningAvalon

Extra details:
- There's no limit to how many bones a Petitioner can take.
- He can speak to anyone telepathically as long they are in hearing distance or carrying a bone of his.
- If knowledge won't convince a Petitioner, he'll suggest using him as a weapon or tool (just don't break him).
- If a bone does break or is lost for 50 years, it will return back to his wall.
- He hates bone(r), wall, stone, etc. jokes after hearing it the 1000th time.
- His skeleton is 5'9" tall.

*Note: He is not a shapeshifter. It's joke but Petitioners come and go with his bones. Some have successfully reached the Orchard, some not. He cannot do anything but talk.

The Land of the Dead uses horrible wallpaper.
