I personally would have turned the knife sideways and moved it over, as the way it looks now it's not possible for the knife to fit between the ribs or penetrate through the sternum.

Otherwise, it's a sweet picture.

Man I do love this image. It captures how a good Spy can break up a Medic/Heavy combo. Or just a Medic. The picture also draws out the devious and disturbing yet smooth character attributed to Spy.

Supreme work on the facial expressions and the soft shading. If I were to pick on anything it's that the butterfly knife is going right through Medic's sternum. That's either a very, VERY sharp knife or it was just a bit less awkward to draw that way.
