No, that paint mark actually is made by him. He's a famous deviant here and his brushes are very commonly used throughout DeviantART, so if you use his brushes, someone is going to notice.
Whoever you found the photo from, you need to 1) Inform them to credit ^smashmethod 2) Credit ^smashmethod yourself, and 3) Credit the person you got the photo from. If you still don't believe me, this is where they came from: [link]

yep, now i know that, coz smashmethod has explain me every thing.
i didn't know before that is smashmethod's brush and person from i got that didn't mind i use that flick for my work and didn't tell me who made it first.
so i'm gonna change it soon and i heve apologized smashmethod for that problem.
