keeps saying they wanted to see more of diesel, no one wants to see more of poor ol' Jerry Kess.How do you even draw big noses in anime style?!Β
The different art styles are Anime, disney, cartoon and cat poop.
If you wanna try it out with your own nuzlocke characters it could be a pretty coool taaaagg *cough cough* Ray, you're it *cough cough*
I'll stop drawing these little turds now too before I lose all my watchers respect. lol.

Poor kess, he hardly looks recognizable in anime style hah, defined by his oversized schnoz and baseball cap. If you consider yourself as already drawing in an anime style you should switch anime for american comic book. I can't wait to see you results!

I'd do an american comic style but it might look like poop (as in there'd be no difference between it and the cat poop because I can't draw it at all) so maybe studio ghibli or the pokemon anime style. I'm like halfway through D: oh my goodness

Holy tar you're fast, well don't worry about doing something too crazy, I just suggested that in case you considered anime your thing or not. That's part of the reason I never did american comic, because whenever I tried it just looked like.. my normal stuff. And I wanted to see if I could draw these characters in completely different styles than usual.

Sorry I get a bit incoherent at the end of the day. I was just saying that the poll had 5 instead of 4 styles (anime,cartoon,disney,comic,poop) I only did 4 because every time I did comic just just looked like my regular style, which kind of defeated the point of the style challenge. I said don't do anything crazy as in, don't start over because I said what I did about trying to replace anime with comic style.. Hope that made sense?
Anyway, it looks great the styles you chose were really cool and cute haha.

Thanks nights, it's an interesting little challenge. I obviously shouldn't go within 20 feet of anime style any time soon but it was still a fun thing to draw, especially for two characters that really haven't gotten drawn by me that much.

Hey you don't have to draw anime style to be good, your style is much better then most anime styles I've seen and I'm a huge manga, anime and cartoon junkie 
still looking forward to seeing what you do with Kess and Diesel though, they seem like interesting characters in their own right.

Uhg, there is sooooo much I'm excited to do with them. Kess and Lao's friendship is something I'm really excited to develop. I was super excited just to give his first name back on page 33 and kind of hint at the awkwardness of Lao referring to him solely by his last name and not his first. And diesel too. I've never been too keen on bashful characters like diesel, but there are still things I can't wait to do. .... but somehow I'm still only on route 2 after almost 45 pages... *rolls*

To be honest, I was just looking for this approval. Now that I know people like this style more I think I'll continue the rest of my nuzlocke in proper animu fashion and restrict my uploads to this technique as well. Thank you Pkblitz!

When I drew Lao in that style at first I thought it was more like a stout garfield style. Now I just can't get the image of Kess being Dipper and Lao being Mable because of his stupid sweaters though. UH GOD.Β
