He had to escape a science facility, filled with aliens and marines, only to enter the alien world and kill some giant alien that sends telepathic messages, and then some dude in a suit puts him to sleep and then sends him in a time where humanity has been enslaved by an alienized human race.
I think it was only a matter of time.
