Almost entirely Blender, except also Sculptris to make the base sculpt. And Photoshop for the textures but this render was basically without textures.

Wow she looks great! Love how ripped she is and, those massive shoulders really create a distinctive appearance Her hair looks alot more pixelated than the rest of her body tho
