I like the idea of this enemy. Mostly because I always kind of felt there needed to be more "snaring" opponents at the moment. That and the Tanglefoot bag and webs just aren't enough sometimes.

Unfortunately, I personally still prefer 3.5e to 4e (I take part in a weekly campaign over IRC with some friends, that works with 3.5e and a lot of 3.5e sourcebook stuff). If there were at any point some chance of including information to help players convert the Kobold Gluer (and the other kobold characters) to 3.5e stats, that'd be pretty sweet. ^^
