This is just a quick little painting I did a while ago. Not a lot of effort went into it, I admit, but I thought it was kind of cute. Unfortunately the scan didn't go so well (it's bigger than the scanner so I had to scan in sections) and it ending up with these weird horizontal bars across it. :/Acrylic

OOO! It is so cute! The colors are absolutely gorgeous. It is very refreshing to look at such bright, crisp colors. I want to know how you got that green out of acrylics. O:

Thanks! The green is a bright green+yellow+a little white and in some places +a tiny bit of really high saturation blue that was really, really watered down.

Yeah before I read your comments I was thinking maybe it was watercolor. I actually like this look a lot for acrylics. It can look really over worked if you build it up too much but with the varied opacity in this piece it's anything but! Looking at it just makes me happy. I am still in love with that green. And, it makes a really beautiful avatar
