Nice work on this. I really like Dash's expression in this as well as the technique you used with the eyelashes. A few little issues that stand out to me are that her body seems disproportionately small and short relative to her head, her colors seem to be a bit saturated, and some of the line thicknesses could be a bit cleaner (the cloud swirl on the bottom of the shot for instance.) Other than that the shapes and general flow lines seems to be very good.
