Description
This is the tentative cover design for Hollow Fields volume two, which will be out around May 2008. It still hasn't been approved and 'tweaked' by the editors, so hopefully not too much will change, because it took me a while!Lucy's the only character from the volume one cover remaining; this time she's surrounded by Mr Croach (the creepy-looking guy with the spade), Claude (lower left), Summer (purple hair) and Carmen (freaking out). They all get a bit of page time in the next volume, that's why I picked them for the cover. The compostitional gap in the top third of the image is to allow for the title logo.
Looks like Lucy is surrounded by potential enemies in volume two!

Hollow Fields is and all-ages manga (featuring a school for junior evil geniuses) published by Seven Seas Entertainment (they also do Afro Samurai, Boogiepop, and a bunch of other mangas!).

Only things that I see wrong is her skirt, it doesn't seem natural.

One question though.
in the ,anga, at the end, were there talking about the characters.
It says that Summer's hair was initially black,then went blonde when i decieded there were to many dark characters in the series, and sge needed to stand out.then its says lilac in color.
Im confused on which one it is, and what is lilac color?

Lilac is purple - Summer is the girl with the purple hair to the right there.
