To pass the time in between working on book volumes and moving house to Sydney, I've just been doing some designs for Threadless. Here's one of Red Riding Hood, out on a cold night with her friend.Go vote for this design at Threadless to see it on a t-shirt!

We have a huge huge history of them here,
Cromwell when he invaded Ireland managed to almost hunt down and butcher most of them ....(when he wasint butchering people) there is an old story of an old man that saved a wolf from his hunting pack and hid her in the barn. When the hunters called instead of a wolf pup there was a small girl......That night he heard the pack calling her and she was gone the following night but when the campaign of human butchery upped a notch a few years later and the man himself was about to be executed by 2 of the soldiers a huge white wolf appeared and ripped their throats out.
There are many sexed up versions of the story but deep down I think Red was just like the wolf.
Myself ...I dont think Red was a child I think she was a teenager and the story is to warn girls of "charming" men who will try to get them into bed...I mean what could be scarier than your lover cha
