I’ve wanted to draw a child-version of Hippolyta for a while, right around my last semester of college. I’ve always loved greek myths, and my school’s mascots were based of greek/roman motifs. I think the amazons were somewhat rumored to be women from Persia? So I wanted the clothing designs to be perisan-ancient greek influenced.I want to play around more with her character design….
