Someone below asked me what the concept could be. So I figured I would post it here for anyone who is wondering.
Concept: When I first looked at the original image, I felt as if she was in distress from thoughts going around and around in her head. Thus why I started to work with rounds as the primary vectors. If want to dig a bit deeper, the blue symbolize the cool collected thoughts and the red symbolizes the rash troubled thoughts.

This is a great photo, but I can't help but think it would look better if it was more rustic. The circles and bits of whatever look too perfect, you should try the manual cut/paste effect. It's easier and it looks better.
