Description
lol, oh look, they're all evolutions of the same character concept.Rain: The first OC I ever created (with serious intent). He was a part of an ongoing story with my best friend at the time, when we were in middle school. Naturally, he was full of mary-sue-ish-ness, and I remember thinking that having a scar over his eye made him THE MOST TERRIFYING FUCKING THING ON EARTH. He was the BISHIE PRINCE of an original race of animal-elf-otherkin things, and his whole race had been wiped out. ALL HE DID WAS ANGST AND BE USELESS despite being one of the main characters of the novel.
Walker: Walker was the first character I made with an actual idea of what a realistic character concept was supposed to be. He was created for the tabletop game “Vampire: The Requiem”, and was a crippled Irish Khaibit whose primary job was to babysit the incompetent neophytes. He survived beyond the game, however, and I roleplayed him for almost four years afterward. He is, to this date, one of my favorite OCs, and has served as a template for many other characters. Because I mean, come on, who doesn’t love a chain-smoking Irish gangster with a crippled leg?
Hazbek: This was my first troll, before I knew a goddamn thing about any of the lore. He started out as a red-headed rogue, then a warrior, and lived on Sisters of Elune for almost a year before I transferred him off. He is actually Hassour 1.0 as well- back when I played him as a 30-year-old with black hair. Some people who were in the guild Obsidium Sanctum might remember his shenanigans, lol. He was still a Frostmane at the time, and had been kicked out for murdering someone of importance in the tribe. I have no goddamn idea what I was thinking, lmao.
Hassour: And we come to Hassour, who I’ve spent almost as much time developing as Walker. He was switched from ‘Frostmane’ to ‘ORIGINAL TRIBE OH NO’, and he’s been the character I’ve experimented with the most. I’ve tried to push boundaries on him that I haven’t before, like unwitting leadership, a legitimate struggle with his past, and his anger, and trying to be a pillar of confidence for those that follow him. While he’s still growing, and I have a lot to learn with him, I look forward to seeing him evolve- possibly into the next stage of this OC’s development.

One of these gentlemen is not like the others. And he should be ashamed.
Wipe that smug smirk off your face, Hazbek.
