A little thing I did on request for a classmate about a week ago. I've been trying out watercolors recently, and this was the first bit of watercolor I've done in over two years. Needless to say there are some mistakes....My classmate does ballet. I drew her a ballerina.

You did a great job on the pose. Ballerinas are so hard to draw because they take anatomy to a whole new (crazy) level! I did one for my art class a while ago. I think you did a great job with the watercolors, regardless : )

Thank you! Yeah, when I was sketching this I kept on wanting to make the legs look less impossible, but every ballet pose was impossible. Ballerinas are crazy.

And then the way they bend makes their torsos look like two inches long @-@
