Description
A quick vector of Clockwork using 's pose [link] . The pose was just so adorable I had to make my own version of it. Not a recolour of Tamalesyatole's image, but redrew the whole thing while making a few fixes here and there.Ponyscape SVG Here: [link]
You may use this image, but please link me to your final work in either a note or comment so I can see what you did with her
MLP:FiM belongs to Hasbro and DHX Media, Clockwork Sprocket belongs to me.

Hi there!
I like this work of yours, and you requested a critique, so here goes.
Let's see how it looks like: It's a good, proper vector image. You should amend the cutie mark's transformation, but it's ok. I'm very pointing and strict with glitches and holes in the filling, but I didn't find any in this one. Nice! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

As you said it's a redraw, so the pose is not original at all, but you've done a good job with her mane and tail.
On the first look, it was okay, but then I took a look on the svg. [link] Please, tell me how did you do that?! Is that some curse of Ponyscape? I've never experienced that before. Your lines are good, smooth, curvy, but you use a majority of nodes. The point of vector graphics is using a very little amount of points to draw an object.
Impact... She's SO cute. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
" title="
(Smile)"/> I really want to give her a tackle hug
e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
" title="
(Big Grin)"/>
In short: It's a nice looking vector image of a cute pony. But what I do not understand is how did you make those tons of nodes.
I hope it pointed out some of your mistakes, and helped a little bit.
I really like this one, keep up the good work!

OH LORD THAT LINK.
I'm guessing it's a curse of Ponyscape. I was using Powerstrokes for all of those, so maybe something got lost in the .svg and it decided to convert them to a metric-butt-ton of nodes o_o
All of those strokes were 2-5 nodes, but I guess whatever you used to open the .svg converted those strokes (which are fills in Ponyscape) into an uber-multi-node path.
Thanks for this; I'm looking to do more original poses in the future.

I'm not sure what the point of all that faff at the end was about...but...thanks?
I don't think I can accept this, since I don't agree with a 5-star vision rating or even the 3.5-star originality rating.
To be very honest, this should have scored a lot lower than than. I mean, I traced someone else's work. Can't get much more unoriginal than that.
Thanks for your wonderful comments, though.

It's fine, though I would advise you have a word with your sister regarding calling people names, even if it is on the internet.
If you could please explain to her that her "critique" of my deviation was indeed "useless", in that I couldn't learn a thing from what she posted. Sure, the compliments were nice, but that's what the comment section is for.
Please let her know I meant no ill will when I labelled the critique "useless". Best wishes.

The show and the fandom is a wealth of poses like this one. What can I say? Ponies are adorable; they have been, and always will be. n_n
