Hey dude, sorry a comment has been so long coming for this
There's not much for me to say that hasn't already been said really. I know the clouds aren't finished but I think before you do finish them you could make a few tweaks that may make the scene more atmospheric and imposing (after all it's a giant volcanic lava field!).
The clouds are awesomely detailed, but as previously said they should be softer, but also if you grabbed your cloud layer and hit free transform and scale them bigger it should help reduce the importance of the sky. As it stands it kinda steals the attention away from the rest of the scene which shouldn't really happen. Making the clouds larger will reduce the amount of detail and pattern in them and make the rest of the pic more prominent.
The main thing I can point out is the seperation of the elements. The rocks are brown, the building is grey, the sky is pale yellow/grey, the character is black etc. Being as though the strongest colour their is red due to the volcanic activity it'd be a good idea to use that colour to tie everything together and really make all the elements work together in the scene. Try creating an overlay or color layer above all the elements, grab a soft brush with a low opacity, set the colour to red-orange and start to slowly go over everything. Doing this should keep the current colours intact but introduce some overall colour that suits the atmospherics. Doing this on the clouds will also help push them to the background. Using a soft low opacity brush on a normal layer to create mist to help push other elements such as the volcano and building further back will also heighten the scale and atmosphere of the pic.
So that's my 2 pence matey, hope it helps and I look forward to seeing it done If you need any help you know what to do

hey you.
I think if you really want to make the power look like its being created in the palm of the hand you need to make it much brighter in the centre give it some white light shine you know to bring it to light and let that reflect onto the gloves of the guy. so the underside and edges of his gloves would be near white too and fading into blue then black. #
You see how you got some of the orange light on the far background i think you need to add more highlights and tonal shadows like that to the near background.
I still maintain the clouds should be softer, smoother to contrast the main body of the image but its still impressive how much this piece has come along since last i saw it
Doing good hun keep it going

very nice, if it's looking good now then it should be better when complete
the only snag i have, is the hand with the 'ower' - i think you should somehow make that bigger so it looks more like it's coming forward instead of shrinking into the background.
what did you do this in? MSPaint?
also those clouds are awesome! i'd hate to know how long it took you to do those!!
