You'd have to ask the original poster of the image to get an honest answer. I'm only the guy who colored it some for fun. My take would be yeah, she's having fun with it even if she's frowning. She always had fun making fun of her cousin. Like even when she said he stunk or was gross or lame she still took personal pleasure out of it by the voice actor's tone and some of the actual animation in the various series.

I didn't have any nasty intent by its creation but, what the individual viewer wishes to see or do with my works, or in this case, my coloring and tuning of someone else's original work (see submission description); is up to them.
