I love how Chara says very little just like in the game, but when they do speck it's creepy as hack.

What're ya talkin' about? Chara talks ALL the time all of the routes of the game. She's the flavor text, the narrator, and the hints in the "Check" option.
Chara only becomes a creepy psycho killer if you MAKE her one by completing the Genocide route. And the "proof" of her being evil before she died the first time can be interpreted as anything, not just her being evil.
