Sad. I know.I was at target and saw this little guy. He just looked so cute. No I don't have a kougra neopet, and don't really want to go create one, least I get back into my neopet fetish.
I was actually in the process of creating a young tiger character, and might make it somewhat on the same model. In any cae, it is awful cute isnt it?
