Dont ask why it looks different. I used a base, since im better at multi-character with traditional art, and that option is gone now. And apparently whoever made this base either forgot sylveon, or they made it when sylveon wasnt releasedand i know some of them dont seem to be different at all. there is a difference in the coloring. its just barely different.
