Instead of going out and doing anything for the holiday weekend, I colored this thing. I don't color stuff, ever, but there are parts I'm proud of I guess. Obviously I'm not a fan of backgrounds, and that sword is a nightmare lol.Here's the uncolored version:

I'm using Procreate and the Apple Pencil.
Procreate is really barebones, but it's really intuitive. It can be as complex or simple as you want, and it's not bad for having paid just a couple bucks for it.

Sweet! I'm going to be getting my hands on an iPad/Pencil so I figured I'd ask. I LOVE how it renders the pencil work. I'll have to check it out.

The pencil rendering is definitely my favorite part. As someone that hardly ever did something outside of pencil sketches, the accuracy and feel is impressive, and it has resulted in the iPad effectively replacing my sketchbook.

That's WONDERFUL news. I've never really been a decent digital person (I almost always resort back to pencil and paper), so the concept of that actually functioning on a digital medium is really exciting.
