Never thought I'd actually submit something serious to LANDSCAPES. Sheesh.Anyway, this was a rush order commission from one of my friends, as a Christmas gift to her mom...I worked off a photo from their honeymoon trip, WHEE.
Five hours into painting this (on a huge canvas, since it's going to be a 16x20 print) I saved over the original large file with a tiny, tiny replacement. If there are any artifacts on my print I will kill. someone.
Unless you're ready to rip your hair out, artists, do not attempt to paint the ocean.
