I think so, it seems like I recall it, though it's been very infrequent, like someone holding an umbrella walking in the rain or...I dunno. I just have a vague recollection.

OHH. o3o Well it wasn't raining in that pic anyway...and besides, I meant like a FULL ON rain scene with all the CG effects and stuff. o3o~~ 'Cause I have kinda drawn rain before just not..colored it or anything. xD
